The Amsterdamse Bostheater respects the privacy of all visitors and website users. We are happy to provide you with information about which data we request and use from you.
When purchasing tickets, the following personal information is stored.
We store the data for a maximum of five years. If you do not order tickets for performances and concerts in the meantime or do not register for our newsletter, we will anonymize your data after five years so that we can only use it for statistical purposes.
Then you can buy your tickets at the box office in the Bostheater (provided there are still tickets available for the relevant performance). You can only pay with a debit card in the Bostheater.
In principle, we do not share data with third parties. Every year we work together with a Dutch theater company for the summer performances. Because they are co-producers of the performance, they have access to the visitor data of their own performance. This only applies to companies that are official co-producers.

We also use MailChimp and Brevo. Newsletters, service emails and premiere invitations are sent through these programs. If you no longer wish to receive mailings, there is an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the emails.
In the run-up to the performance, we will send service emails with information about the visit to the Bostheater. Information you may receive.
You will receive most service emails through our ticketing provider or our public service via publiek@bostheater.nl. Service emails are also regularly sent from MailChimp or Brevo. If you do not want to receive service emails, please send us an email: publiek@bostheater.nl.
You can sign up for our newsletter here. The newsletters are sent from MailChimp or Brevo. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters via the link at the bottom of the received newsletters (unsubscribe).
We work together with ticket partner Voordemensen. If you order tickets for a performance via the website, you will automatically be redirected to the ticket sales page. The information you must enter when purchasing a ticket (such as name and e-mail address) is processed by Voordemensen and is held by the Amsterdamse Bostheater.
The concerts in the Amsterdamse Bostheater are organized by our concert partner Live at Amsterdamse Bos. We work together with Eventim for ticket sales.

During our performances, image and sound recordings can be made, including those of the audience. If you enter our venue, you agree that you can be recorded on image and/or sound carriers and that these images can be made public. You cannot derive any rights from this.
