When you enter the Bostheater, you must adhere to the following house rules:
- Always follow the instructions of the Bostheater employees for your and our safety
- It is not allowed to bring your own drinks during concerts.
- It is not allowed to bring folding chairs, parasols, umbrellas and steps.
- When entering the event, you agree that you can be recorded on image and/or sound carriers and that these images can be made public. You cannot derive any rights from this.
- Throw waste in the designated waste bins.
- Antisocial and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. This also applies to alcohol and drug abuse.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted for persons under the age of 18. If in doubt, identification may be requested.
- Smoking is only allowed in the designated place (the smoking corners)
- Entering the event area is at your own risk. The organization is not responsible for any form of physical or mental injury as a result of the visit.
- The organization and its partners are not responsible for damage to or theft or loss of property belonging to visitors.
- It is not allowed to bring spray cans, fireworks, (fire) weapons and sharp objects onto the Bostheater grounds.
- Eventhough we do not recommend it, dogs and babies are allowed in the theater, provided they are quiet. We ask you to find a place at the side of the grandstand, so that you can leave the grandstand (temporarily) in case of a crying child or barking dog. Pets are not allowed at the concerts.
- It is not allowed to make photo or video recordings with professional equipment without permission from the organization. Detachable lens cameras are not allowed. Whether professional equipment is used is solely at the discretion of the organization.
- It is strictly forbidden to sell goods in any form in or around the theater without the permission of the organization.
- It is not allowed to distribute advertising materials before, after and during the event, unless permission has been given by the organization. Cleaning costs will be recovered from the relevant provider.
- BBQs and gas appliances are not allowed in the theater.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse or expel visitors in case of inappropriate/obstructive behaviour, violence, discrimination or violation of the house rules.
- Visitors can be checked/searched at the entrance. People who refuse to cooperate can be denied access to the Bostheater, without a refund of the entrance fee.
- The organization has the right to deny visitors access to the site without refund of entrance fees, if these rules are not adhered to or instructions from the organization are not followed. In case of doubt or discussion, the organization and/or the Bostheater employee responsible is always right.
- The house rules of the Bostheater apply at all times. Also during concerts (Live at Amsterdamse Bos) and activities carried out by partners or external organisations.
