General terms and conditions

THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AMSTERDAMSE BOSTHEATER, LOCATED AT DUIZANDMETERWEG 7, 1182 DC AMSTELVEEN, HEREBY CALLED ‘THE ORGANIZATION’, APPLY TO AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BY THE ORGANIZATION WITH VISITORS OF THE AMSTERDAMSE BOSTHEATER, FURTHER CALLED ‘THE EVENT’.

These general terms and conditions have been translated from the Dutch terms and conditions overview. In case of (spelling) errors or differences, the Dutch general terms and conditions always apply.

Article 1 – Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement in the context of the visit to the event and the purchase of all admission tickets for this between the visitor to the event and the organization, regardless of how it is concluded. Article 2 – Purchase of tickets

2.1 The agreement between the organization and the visitor for the purchase of tickets is concluded after an order for one or more tickets has been placed at (a (advance) sales address) engaged by the organization.

Article 4 Liability

Article 5 – Force majeure

5.3 If the event has to be canceled by the organization as a result of or in connection with force majeure (as described in articles 5.1 and 5.2) before or after it has started, visitors can convert their tickets to another performance date of the relevant event. If there are no other performance dates of the event or no capacity is available for the other performancedates, the tickets will be refunded. This refund will only be made if the event is canceled before the start of the event orif the event’s playing time is less than 50% of the scheduled playing If the event is canceled after 50% of the scheduled playing time, no refund of entrance fees and/or costs incurred is possible. 5.4 If the event is moved to another date by the organization as a result of or in connection with force majeure (as described in Articles 5.1 and 5.2), the admission ticket will remain valid for the new date on which the event will take place. Article 6A – House rules for theater performances

6A.1 Visitors must comply with the house rules of the event location and the regulations and instructions of the organization and competent authorities. If the organization deems this reasonably necessary to maintain peace and orderduring the event, in any case if public order or safety is endangered during the event, it has the right to deny the visitor (further) access to the event. and/or remove it from the event location.

6A.2 To enable the organization to comply with its legal obligations, visitors must be able to identify themselves on request. This applies, among other things, in the context of the Licensing and Catering Legislation, which means that no alcohol is served to visitors under the age of 18. The organization reserves the right not to serve alcohol to a customer who is old enough to buy alcohol, but comes together with friends who are not yet 18, while it is clear that the alcoholis also intended for them. It is also not allowed for visitors under the age of 18 to consume alcoholic beverages they have brought with them.

6A.3 Digital cameras and telephones with a camera may be taken to the event location, (digital) video cameras/camcorders and other (sound) recording equipment are not permitted.

6A.4 Registration of the event without the express prior written consent of the organization in any form whatsoever, including professional photography, filming and making sound and/or image recordings for commercial purposes, is prohibited, as is emphasis of and/or or copying from the program (booklet), posters and other printed matter.

6A.5 Furthermore, the following items are not permitted at the event location: (folding) chairs, stools, inflatable objects, umbrellas and parasols, drugs, fireworks, (fire)arms, dangerous objects and professional photo, film and other recording equipment. Whether professional equipment is used is solely at the discretion of the organization. The organization will confiscate (or have confiscated) unauthorized items at the entrance. Legal valuables can be picked up later. Illegal items will be handed over to the police.

6A.6 Smoking is not allowed in the grandstand, smoking is only allowed on the side paths and at the top of the grandstand.

6A.7 It is not permitted to crowd surf, make fire(s) and/or carry out commercial activities at the event location, and/ormake offensive, discriminatory or insulting statements in any way or to wear such signs or spread. Wearing football shirts, motorcycle club clothing and other clothing with group-specific texts is not allowed.

6A.8 Pets are allowed in the theatre, provided they do not cause a nuisance to other visitors and theater staff and do notdisturb the performance or performance. If this does happen, they must leave the stands immediately.

6B.5 It is not allowed to bring folding chairs, parasols, umbrellas and steps.

6B.6 It is not allowed to make photo or video recordings with professional equipment without the permission of the organization. Detachable lens cameras are not allowed. Whether professional equipment is used is solely at the discretion of the organization.

6B.7 When entering the event, you agree that you can be recorded on image and/or sound carriers and that theseimages can be made You cannot derive any rights from this.

6B.11 You are obliged to follow the instructions of the security or employees of Live at Amsterdamse bos at all times.

6B.12 Pets are not allowed during the concerts.

6B.13 The organization has the right to deny visitors access to the festival without refund of entrance fees, if these rules are not adhered to or instructions from the organization are not followed. In case of doubt or discussion, theorganization or the person responsible is always right.

6B.14 Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area and not in the stands.

Article 8 Privacy and personal data

8.5 Any neighboring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights are hereby transferred by the visitor to the organization without any restriction. The transfer covers all possible existing and future forms of exploitation of the aforementioned recordings.
